His qualifications include a Business Management Studies (Hons) degree from Waikato University and a New Zealand Certificate in Financial Services – Residential Property Lending (Level 5).

Outside of work, Carl is a keen traveller and enjoys spending time with his family and three children, embracing adventure and living life to the fullest.
