Lauryné has more than three-decades of experience across financial services and insurance. At Threefold she plays a vital role within the team supporting our commercial clients at every step of the insurance process. Lauryné has a strong focus on customer service. She’s there providing support not just at the application stage, but also when it comes time for clients to renew or claim on their policies.

For our domestic clients, Lauryné is there to help at claims time, making sure they feel supported at a time when most are under significant stress. She brings both her depth of knowledge and her empathy to the table as she advocates strongly on our clients’ behalf.

Outside of work, Lauryné enjoys the arts, including painting and deep-diving into literature of all genres.
