Malcolm Knight has been working in the financial sector for his entire career. Following completion of a BCom BSc conjoint at Auckland University, he spent 10 years at ANZ and a year at Rothbury before joining Threefold in 2015. With his broad experience in mortgage broking, personal financial planning and insurance protection, Malcolm helps clients to make smart financial decisions based on their life stage, future goals and budget. “I really enjoy solving problems and working out the best solutions for clients, whether that’s helping them into a home or helping them to save money”, says Malcolm.
Born and bred on the North Shore, Malcolm is part of a big family, so he spends plenty of time keeping up with his brothers, sisters, nieces and nephews. Malcolm and his wife also like to spend time together travelling, exploring, playing golf and cooking. His personal philosophy revolves around planning ahead, but making sure you enjoy the simple things in life along the way.
A highly experienced Threefold mortgage adviser, Tania has been working in the financial sector for 16 years. She holds a Bachelor of Business Studies and speaks fluent French, because she grew up in Tahiti. Number crunching comes naturally to Tania, who admits to loving complex home loan challenges.
“No deal is the same and every customer has different needs, so my work is always interesting. I particularly like sorting out the detailed requirements that come with some property finance projects”, says Tania.
Having lived in Tahiti and Samoa, Tania enjoys spending time at the beach with her husband and three children. As a family they love to broaden their horizons with travel.
Mo has extensive experience in lending ranging from first home buyers to complex multiple investments and commercial properties. He spent the last five years refining his skills working for a major bank which gives Mo the added advantage of knowing what banks require to simplify the process for his clients.
Mo purchased his first home at the age of 18 that ignited a passion for the property industry and he has owned multiple investments since then.

On weekends, Mo enjoys spending time with his wife and two young daughters, barbecuing or working on a renovation project.

Keeping fresh through regular swimming, gym sessions and basketball, when they find some spare time, David and his wife are avid travellers. Aside from trips to see family in Italy, their favourite holiday was a drive from Auckland to Stewart Island and back.
Howard is a member of Threefold’s Life Insurance and KiwiSaver teams. He brings a decade of experience as an insurance broker and has proudly been with Threefold since early 2019.
Originally from Wales in the United Kingdom, Howard spent over 25 years in the Royal Marines. A talented musician, Howard played Oboe in the Royal Marines Band for years before retiring from the Marines in 2009 and moving to New Zealand with his family.
Upon arrival in New Zealand, Howard spent eighteen months in the New Zealand Navy, based in Devonport. He played in the Royal New Zealand Navy band.
Once happily settled on the North Shore, Howard turned his attention to insurance. He has applied the discipline and work ethic of the Marines to his clients and proudly strives to deliver the best policies and service possible.
Beyond work, Howard is a (long-suffering) Manchester United fan. He loves music, listening to a broad variety of genres, and is the proud father of three children.
