Jason brings several years’ experience, enthusiasm and knowledge to his financial adviser role. His previous role as a corporate trainer for over 20 years has embedded his ability to ask the right questions, listen to the answers and always recommend what is best for his clients.
Jason’s ability to build long term relationships and his vast knowledge of the insurance industry makes the processes required to get the best possible protection for his clients and their families seamless and easy to understand. Jason takes his role as an insurance adviser incredibly seriously, fully understanding the consequences of being under insured if the worst was to happen.
Outside of work, Jason is a long-suffering Wales and Blues rugby fan but takes great delight in watching the All Blacks win!!

Jason’s transition from corporate training to insurance advising is not as unusual as it might first appear as the skills are closely aligned. More than two decades of professional training embedded in him a disciplined approach to questioning, listening and explaining that translates directly into high-quality client conversations. He knows how to uncover what clients actually need, not just what they initially ask for, and how to present options in ways that empower informed decisions.
In his six years as an insurance adviser, Jason has built deep knowledge of the personal risk insurance market in New Zealand, including the product landscape, underwriting considerations, and the claims process. He understands that the true value of insurance advice is only realised when a client needs to make a claim, and structures his recommendations with that outcome in mind.
