Julie Bernicoff is Head of Mortgage Adviser Support Services at Threefold, bringing more than 30 years of financial services experience to a role that sits at the heart of the firm’s operations. She has been part of the Threefold team since it was founded in 2014, making her one of its longest-serving and most integral members.
Julie’s career spans management roles across New Zealand and the United Kingdom, giving her a depth of industry knowledge and operational expertise that she brings to every aspect of her role. When Threefold launched, she was responsible for building the administration systems and standard operating procedures that underpin the firm’s ability to deliver a smooth, consistent client experience, a foundation that continues to serve the business more than a decade on.
Beyond running the support services function, Julie plays an important role in developing the people within it. She trains and mentors new team members, equipping them with the knowledge and skills they need to support clients effectively and uphold the service standards Threefold is known for.
