When Threefold launched, she was responsible for building the administration systems and standard operating procedures that underpin the firm’s ability to deliver a smooth, consistent client experience, a foundation that continues to serve the business more than a decade on.

Beyond running the support services function, Julie plays an important role in developing the people within it. She trains and mentors new team members, equipping them with the knowledge and skills they need to support clients effectively and uphold the service standards Threefold is known for.

For clients, Julie’s team is the operational backbone of the mortgage process, ensuring that everything that happens behind the scenes is handled efficiently, accurately, and with the same commitment to client outcomes that the advisory team brings to every engagement.

Her mentoring role is an important part of how Threefold maintains its service standards as it grows.

Julie established the administrative systems and standard procedures that have guided Threefold’s operations since its founding in 2014. She continues to oversee and develop these systems, ensuring they remain fit for purpose as the firm grows and the regulatory and operational environment evolves.
